Terms & conditions
Last updated: 8 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Heart To Mind mobile application, the website at hearttomind.in, and any webinars, programs or services we offer (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Heart To Mind ("Heart To Mind", "we", "us"). By creating an account, making a payment, registering for a webinar or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
Heart To Mind is a digital emotional wellness and meditation service. Through our mobile application we provide immersive audio-visual experiences, calming soundscapes, guided relaxation and sleep experiences that are designed to support everyday emotional wellbeing. Users choose the feeling they want to reach and the app guides them through a short experience designed around that state.
The Service is a preventive wellness tool. It is not a music-streaming service, and it is not a medical or psychological treatment. See section 9 for our health disclaimer.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to purchase a subscription.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you create an account and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at connect@hearttomind.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
- One account is for one person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
3. Plans, pricing and payment
The Service offers a Free plan and paid Premium subscriptions. Current plans and prices are listed on our Programs and pricing page and inside the app. At the date of these Terms they are:
| Plan | Price (INR) | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Free | ₹0 | Unlimited |
| Premium Monthly | ₹499 | 30 days, renews automatically |
| Premium Annual | ₹3,999 | 12 months, renews automatically |
| Corporate and campus programs | From ₹50,000 per year, quoted per organisation | As agreed in writing |
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay and other authorised payment partners, including Google Play Billing. Accepted methods include UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not store your card or bank details.
- You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the payment method you provide for the plan you select, including renewals, until you cancel.
- A receipt is sent to your registered email address after every successful payment.
- We may change prices from time to time. Changes will not affect a period you have already paid for. We will notify you before a renewal at a new price.
- Corporate and institutional programs are governed by the written proposal or agreement issued to the organisation, which takes precedence over these Terms where the two differ.
4. Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation
- Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel anytime from Profile, then Subscription, in the app. If you subscribed through Google Play Billing, you may also cancel from the Play Store.
- Cancellation stops future charges. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments already made are not automatically refunded.
- Refunds are governed by our Cancellation and refund policy.
5. Delivery of the Service
The Service is delivered digitally. Premium access is activated on your account immediately after a successful payment. No physical goods are shipped. See our Shipping and delivery policy.
6. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, record, download (other than through in-app offline features), reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly perform or create derivative works from any content in the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service or other users.
- Use automated tools to access the Service or circumvent any access or payment controls.
- Use the Service while driving, operating machinery or in any situation where relaxation or reduced attention could be unsafe.
7. Intellectual property
All content in the Service, including audio, visuals, text, techniques, program structures, trademarks and the Heart To Mind name and logo, is the intellectual property of Heart To Mind and Dr. Kokila Sreeramaiah, or of our licensors. 8. Webinars and live sessions
From time to time we run free or paid webinars, for example study-focus programs for students preparing for medical, engineering, civil services and other competitive exams. Where a webinar is offered:
- Registration for free webinars is free of cost. Seats are limited per batch and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration does not guarantee participation if maximum capacity is reached.
- Webinars are conducted live on Zoom in English on the announced date and time (IST), unless stated otherwise.
- All webinar content is for educational purposes only and should not replace personal study routines, coaching or medical advice.
- Paid webinars and programs are subject to the payment and refund terms in sections 3 and 4.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; see our Account deletion page.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
