Heart To Mind is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account remains active. Account details, meaning your name, email address, mobile number and profile information, are kept until you delete your account. App usage data is retained for up to 24 months. Subscription and payment records are retained for up to 7 years, where we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes. Once a retention period ends, the data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Your choices and account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal information by emailing connect@hearttomind.in from your registered email address. We respond to all deletion requests within 30 days. Subscription and payment records that we are legally required to retain are kept as described under Data retention, and are no longer linked to your profile after deletion. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
